​Dispatch: Your order ships within 2 working days (assuming items are in stock) to the physical address you have provided us at the point of purchase.

Delivery: Expect the arrival of your package within 2 to 8 working days, depending on your geographical location.​

Shipping Days: Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

Peak Times: During busy seasons or sales, we may have slight processing or shipping delays – we appreciate your patience!

Pre-orders: If your order has "preorder" items (as noted in product descriptions), we'll ship everything once they're in stock. Want split shipments? Just place two separate orders, each with its shipping costs.

Damages During Shipping: We take exceptional care to ensure your stationery arrives just as we packed it. While we're committed to careful packaging, we cannot be held responsible for what happens during transit. If you're dissatisfied with the condition of your stationery upon arrival, please let us know within 48 hours of receiving your parcel.
