Refund policy

Your satisfaction matters to us. Here's what you need to know:

​Return Window: You have 15 days from the date of receipt to return the item/items.

Product Condition: To be eligible for returns or exchanges, products must be in its original condition – unused, undamaged, unsoiled, and in their original packaging and/or with attached tags.

​Initiating Returns: Email us at info@simplywritten.co.za with your name, order number, product name, and the reason for the return. Please specify if you're requesting a replacement.

Shipping Costs: All shipping costs for returns and deliveries of exchanges (excluding faulty goods) are the responsibility of the customer. We're here to assist you in arranging this through Courier Guy. Please note that Simply Written cannot be held responsible for any products lost or damaged during transit.
