Stock: Please note that our stock is limited, and prices may change without notice. We do our best to manage stock levels and discontinue unavailable items, but we can't guarantee availability. If an item is no longer available after your order, we'll notify you and issue a refund for the amount paid.

Orders & Delivery: We confirm acceptance of your order by delivering the goods upon receiving payment. This marks the agreement of sale between you and Simply Written, irrespective of any prior communications.

 

After the sale agreement, you're responsible for the goods and any associated risks. Goods are not intended for resale. We reserve the right to refuse orders, cancel sales, and terminate accounts at our discretion.

 

Please ensure accurate delivery details, as we do not accept PO Box addresses. If you provide an incorrect address, please notify us promptly at info@simplywritten.co.za. We're not responsible if someone else accepts a parcel with an incorrect address.

 

In cases where a parcel is returned to us, you're responsible for onward shipping fees to have it resent or sent to an amended address. If the parcel can't be returned to us, a refund won't be possible.

 

Delivery fees may change without prior notice. The applicable delivery fee and any additional charges will be communicated during checkout and must be paid when placing an order.
